Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are refundable until August 1st. After that, tickets can only be transferred. Email us to request a refund.

Will there be closed captioning?
Yep! We'll be working with the folks over at Thisten to add captions to all the sessions.

Can I transfer my ticket?
You can transfer your ticket until September 1, 2021 at 11:59pm PST. T-shirt pre-orders will still be sent to the original purchasing address regardless of attendance or ticket transfer.
